30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@petventure.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective/wrong item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@petventure.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 3: Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.
Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Bank Processing: Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. For your protection, we recommend:
- Requesting signature confirmation
- Using package tracking
- Providing a secure delivery location
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us immediately at support@petventure.com.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our standard return policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@petventure.com
Processing Delays
Please note that due to our dropshipping model, returns may take slightly longer to process than traditional retail stores. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
